I recently had the pleasure of meeting Frederick Shegog at a luncheon where he gave a powerful keynote. Frederick’s story of overcoming substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness to find hope and healing is one that needs to be heard by more people. In sharing his story, Frederick gives credit to God and the power of trusting that good can come in even the most hopeless circumstances.
